How do you say in words...

How do you say in words
when you're not allowed to
say how you feel.

And all you can do is pray
and God knows your feelings
your prayers, your heart...

So I pray that He will keep you safe,
that you will live His dream for your life...
That He will comfort you
so that you know you are loved.

That when you feel lonely,
I know you sometimes do,
You will remember the days
of joy and sunshine and laughter.

Be who God created you to be.
Love Him with all your heart
and pray.
He does love you...

words without a voice

How am I suppose to sing
if I have no voice?
And singing is like a marathon
but I am no athlete.

So I have all these words;
rolling through my mind,
almost like a movie
about feelings
I have now.

Words that need to be sung
'cause it's better sung than said
Words that need to come out
'cause they are all in my head.

I need you to compose my song,
also from your heart.
So someone can voice it to this world,
so that they know they can go on.

Life's song is of hope and love,
of hardship and of courage.
Of getting up and go again
till the rain start falling.

So take someones hand today
so they know they're not alone.
Let us encourage each other,
voice our song.

How am I suppose to sing,
when I have no voice?
And singing is like a marathon
but I am no athlete.

Together we have a voice.
Let our song be heard!
For this world in need today.
We will sing our song out loud.

LIFE’S GAME

LIFE’S GAME

While I was driving this morning, I realized that almost everything is the same as this “Building your own zoo” –game that my husband and I are playing on the computer.

You have a house that you stay in; fences surrounding the “safe” area at home; roads that you travel every morning. It’s the same people walking their dogs every morning; cycling; sitting on the corner. It’s the same beggars at the very same corner every day begging for food; clothes or anything that could help him feed his “16 wives;10 children; 7 cats and 3 dogs” - all just for a “smile”.

In this “zoo-game” – you have to build your own cages, purchase your own animals and feed them. When the going gets tough, you sell the trees, animals and whatever is available, just to stay in the game….

In this “life-game” – you have a house, partner (husband), children. You make you own garden, buy a car, driving the same roads every day. When the going gets tough, they (the creditors) take your car, your house. You don’t have anything to sell…but you have to stay in this game. There is no delete button to press, no “start over” option. No screen that appears to say: “Feed the children, they are very hungry”, or “this one is very ill”, to warn you.

So in this life’s game, with all it’s every day routine: LIFE EVENTS happen. Events that change your life, let you grow up and change your perceptions on life. I will share more of this events with you soon. Events like when my little 2 year old daughter was diagnosed with Melanoma Skin Cancer; one of my best friends was shot dead, and when my husband suddenly fell ill due to a bug on his brain.
